Cancellation Policy 10% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Full payment required 14 days prior to arrival. *If cancelling due to being unable to travel because Covid Lockdown Levels have changed then a full refund will be given.
For all other cancellations:- *Full refund if cancelled up to 5 days prior to arrival date. * If cancellation made within 3 days of arrival date then a loss of 50% of the total booking price. *Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival incurs a charge of 100% of full rate. *In the event I can rebook the room then a full refund will be given. We recommend that you have travel insurance.

Check In is between 3pm - 7pm Check Out - 10am If you intend arriving late we would appreciate knowing this in advance. Early check in/late check out is not possible due to work commitments.
